The Apple House is an attractive listed building (adjoining owners' storage space only) which is situated in a peaceful location 1.5 miles west of Newtown. It has been renovated to high standards and incorporating many interesting features, such as an old stone staircase, stone walls and original cobbles outside.
The cottage has a four star rating from Visit Wales and is tastefully furnished throughout. There are two bedrooms (one double and a small single room), cot available on request, shower room with large cubicle, small well-fitted kitchen including electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave, and a beamed living/dining room with wood floor, sky TV and DVD. Electric central heating throughout. Small seating area to the front of cottage and private parking at the rear of the property.
A character property providing a very convenient location from which to explore Mid Wales; 30 mins to Rhayader and the Elan Valley, 40 mins to Snowdonia National Park and within an hour of the coast.
The Apple House is a non smoking cottage and unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.
