of the River Severn. A superb location, plenty of playing space for
children (safely fenced) and a secluded riverside garden where you can
sit and watch wildlife. A cyclepath/walkway links the property to the
town and further walks in the area.
The interior is maintained to a very high standard and retains
attractive period features. A modern kitchen/diner with wood burning stove,
dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. A cosy lounge
with electric woodburner, TV & DVD player and two spaciuos beamed
bedrooms (double and double and single). A cot is also available. Downstairs
bathroom with bath and electric shower. Central heating runs off the
owners system whose home adjoins the cottage. Storage in outbuildings for
bikes, fishing tackle and muddy boots plus plenty of secure parking.
Berthllwyd is a non smoking house and unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.
Berthllwyd Cottage is available from £200 - £420 per week according to
