No9 Penygraig Street is a lovely terraced Victorian house with a balcony over the River Severn, from which you can BBQ and sit and watch the wildlife. On the opposite bank is a deciduous woodland reflecting the passing seasons. Penycraig is a quiet street which has no passing traffic, a bridge at one end by the mill and a riverside grassy parkland at the other! A peaceful, comfortable retreat in the centre of a friendly, thriving town with individual, interesting shops; restaurants, lots of pubs (9) and a lively art and music scene. No 9 is perfect for a break where you can feel at home without the hassles.
No 9 sleeps 4, with a king-size bed in the main bedroom and bunks in the other. The larger room has a basin and h&c water and a loo between the rooms.
In the basement is a large bathroom with separate bath and shower with continual hot water for both. There's a washing machine and 2 mountain bikes. There's a door out to the balcony with table and chairs and BBQ.
On the ground floor is a cosy sitting room with a gas burner wood burner styled stove, T.V, DVD, CD & radio and a fully equipped kitchen.
No 9 is available for short breaks and our prices include all fuel, bedlinen and towels. Dogs can stay if they are well behaved and don't go in the bedrooms or sit on the sofas.
In winter, we charge at this time £160 for a 3 day break or £250 for a week. For summer, after 1st April, we charge £180 for a 3 day break or £350 per week.
