Dan Y Coed

Dan Y Coed is a grade 2 listed building and dates back to 1800. It was formerly the gardener's cottage to the Dol Llys Estate. It has been renovated with love and care for guests to enjoy. The cottage is on a moderately busy road, but thick stone walls make a safe haven. It's a 900m walk into the lovely market town of Llanidloes.

We give a warm welcome to our guests. The log stove is laid, ready for a cosy evening in. There are maps of the local area, books, games and DVDs to keep you entertained. We hope you enjoy our country cottage style decor making Dan y Coed a homely stay whatever the weather.

Wifi is freely available at the property.

Be aware it's an old cottage with a few quirks: the stairs are steep/narrow and not ideal for those with mobility issues. The road is moderately busy, so please be aware if this when you book. Situated on the B4569.
